Child Health Issues

My daughter is 3.2 years old . She answers all the questions speaking lot of key words in needs and communication but tenses she doesn't follow and proper communication in 2 ways is not there

My son was passing loose stools with urine every 30-40 minutes yesterday afternoon. I gave him entrogemina. Gave him bananas khichdi and ors. At night he still passed stool with urine every 2-3 hours. In the morning I consulted a Dr. He prescribed me new medicine AQ flora 3 times a day. My husband however is asking me to it AQ flora twice. Still he is popping every 3-4 hours. Stools are less in quantity and pastry dark yellow to brownish. He is active and eating drinking normally. When will it subside and should I give him 3 times or twice is fine?

Baby has cold for a week .. some morning look better but again after few hours nose is runny again Saline nasal spray used regularly helps to only clean out the blockage . But doesn't improve the cold as such Pls advise

My 3 months old son is suffering from cold from past 1 week, i used febrex plus tonic 0.4 ml every 6 hours but the issue didn't subside. He is having nasal congestion and mucus in nose. My new born baby girl is 25 days old. She is having Daiper rash from 1 day. It is very reddish color. We have applied Flutivate skin cream twice a day but not reduced. Baby is crying a lot after passing urine because of rash. We are not even using daipers from 1 day because if daiper rash. Flutivate also not curing the rash. Please advice any other ointment or what else i have to do for curing rashes. My baby is passing motion 10 to 12 times a day. Doctor said that is normal for new born babies. I am getting worried how it will get rid off. Please suggest what to do
