Baby is not feeding well, he is 8 months old, he is in the teething process, though no teeth has erupted yet, can anyone please tell me what could be the reason he not feeding well?

My 4 month old baby has issue with digestive system ,not able to poop without medicine. When ever I will go hospital after 7 day they are putting suppository. Now he is not gaining to ,3 month he was 5.3kg , 4 month 5.5kg. his birth weight was 3.2kg. he is refused to take bottle feeding. We are only giving breast feeding that also he is not taking properly. Please give me a suggestion what to do? Do I need to give any appetizer ?

Hi...my baby is 14 weeks old.. today we went for a vaccination... doctor told me that she hear murmur sound in heart....previously it was not happened.. today she suggested echo...but it came out normal..why this is happening suddenly..is this affect my child future ?? anything abnormal...I am very much worrying
