My daughter is having cold, running nose from almost 4 months. I had consulted pediatrician near by. The medicines have given only temporary relief. Nowadays she feels difficulty while sleeping. She is breathing in mouth. Even in this summer she is having running nose. Can u please suggest me what to do.

Kid is 10 months old. One day back she got the rashes on one finger(hand) and today she got on other 3 fingers of same hand ( right). There is no itching though. We are thinking that it may be due to water change. Pls see the attachment.
