IPV vaccination is not available in Hyderabad at major private hospital. Where can I get this vaccination?

My 2 month old baby is spitting up a lot.... sometimes he spits clear liquid sometime milky some tym curdy...sometime he spits with projection...he hasn't passed stool also since 6 days earlier also v have used glycerin suppository then he passed stool itself for three days then again 6 days passed...he z feeding properly...wat z the problem?? Wat shud I do? M very tensed wat shud be my diet as I am breastfeeding...pls help

My newborn hasn't passed stool from 6 daysy doctor has advised me to give him honey mixing witg my breast milk...is it the right thing as I have heard that honey shouldn't be given to a month old baby
