Child Health Issues

My child is 4 year old.He has interaction problem.Two way interaction is missing..We have done all tests ,no problem is detected..but he is mild autistic.We have also gone for his genetic test chromosonal microarray test.Today got the result.It says male karotype with no copy number change(cnc).However sample show copy neutral loss of hetereozygosity (cnLOH)on chromosome 5....please explain wat it means really worried

Hi Doctor My nephew is suffering from lower abdomen pain fever and cold. We have consulted with the doctor three four times but they have given the following medicines and still he is not having relief. 1. 3 gentamycin injection 2. Tynol mf cyrup 100mg mefenaice 250 practmol 3. Ascoril D+ cyrup 4. Saptran 5. Codimol 100 Baby is still suffering from lower abdomen pain and doctor has not suggested for any laboratory test. Please help us for correct suggestion and if required any Infosys please let us know.
