Child Health Issues

Hi I want to know what all supplements should be given to my 14 months old baby. I am giving only Zincovit now which is a multi vitamin. Is any iron or calcium supplement also required?

My baby's stomach was upset and i was administering medication to him.he was not willing to swallow it and was crying while i gave the medicine.soon after that he coughed twice and continued crying for few minutes.then he played for sometime and later fell asleep.now he is sleeping .Breathing is normal.no wheezing or sounds while breathing.do i have to fear about aspiration of medication?

Please suggest me something for increase height ..I'm of 18,5'2"..please suggest some medicines if any for height

A 14 months old baby boy born with umbilical hernia...At the age of exclusive brest fedding there was no any problems... After taking palliative feed has c/o pain in abdomen , abdominal distension, vomiting & more protusion of umbilicus...... pls advice better management.... some doc advise immediate surgery to reduce last moment emergency.... Some doc suggest medical management & told protusion disappeared with time... Not need of surgery....So, pls suggest better options.. Which is Best for child
