Can we give hepatitis A dose 2 vaccination When child is having cold and cough?  Is that advisable? Thanks

My son is 2 years old and he is suffering from cough ,doctors are telling that this cough is due to allergy and become normal with the growing age,they are not giving any medicine.At my home town doc.gave juvetra and said whenever he will cough badly give him 3.5ml.Is this a solution?He is around 11kg.what to do,how to diagnose the allergens?when he will be fine completely .Is this type of cough last for 6-8 years?

My 4 month old baby fall from bed...wan I hear his scream he is laying on the flour crying...he does not vomit...I have checked him no injury is visible..he cries for 5 mins closed his eyes ...I got scared then I woke him up after sometym he behaves normally he plays smiles then he sleeps in nyt lyk a regular pattern...still m very scared..he z ok or not any long term effects? Should I go for it scan?? Pls help asap
