Child Health Issues

The boy is suffering from extreme dehydration, he is literally passing water in motion. Even after giving 2.5ml of o2m no change. Not able to find pediatrician in my locality now. Please help.

He is still not able to talk with others.he understands everything but doesn't respond to it.every other growth are Normal bt the only problem is he don't speak. When he was of 5months his response was like normal child bt as he was growing he gradually stops speaking. At the age of 2 he also use to sing song bt now he is not speaking a single word

My kid is 6 month old, he have digestion problem I am not sure , when he eat some thing he went potty . In a day 4-5 times he went potty . Its not a loose motion type . Please suggest it us normal happening or need some treatment
