High fever of 104.7 p-250 given high fever within 4 hrs can p - 250 3ml can be gvn within 4 hrs what to do ???

My daughter two and half month old has not pass stool for past six days..already I'm using colicaid drops 0.4ml thrice a day as per my pediatrician advice..now he suggested me to give neopeptine drops (6 drops per day).is it safe to give neopeptine daily.?6 drops means how much ml it means.?

What should we do if the body temperature is 96.4 of the 11 month baby? Plesse consult on priority basis.

Is pulmocare powder is gud for child of age 1 year. Or any other powder or syrup to increase its hunger.

Sir my child is now 7 month complete before 3 months first time Balgum started I concerned MD child speslist Dr give medicine otri s or p, nosel drops & 1 another medicine I forget 2 months waiting but baby not OK so I change Dr concerned another MD child speslist 2 Dr same treatment give Same medicine other company name so I am concerned 3 Dr 3 Dr give medicine clamp, nasivion 0.01%,mucolite, deriphyllin & one injection 2 time I don't. good treatment baby only 3 days OK cuff, Balgum, sound, urine everything is OK but after one month now start cuff & Balgum baby to much problem so please properly gide

My daughter has cough the pedia advised for salbutamol nebule three times a day. But one of my relatives said it causes thinning of the lung tissue itself as told by one of her doctors. I don't know if she fully understood the explanation to her since she's not in the medical profession but I am. I have done tons of research of it explaining about salbutamol's causes but there's none. I may have believe her if it's corticosteroid inhalations she's pertaining to. Since even then it causes thinning of skin when applied topical. You may then deduce to the fact that it can affect thinning of lung tissues too. But it's merely salbutamol we're talking about. Should i be worried about this? My daughter has turned 3 yrs old this month. I have not asked her pedia yet though her opinion bothers me little bit. Is there someone who could give a research based explanation to me before i'll succumb to her own idea about salbutamol? She's very adamant that it gets into my nerves.thanks a lot

My Daughter is complaining about pain just behind her ear. She tripped from the bed and fell on the floor, yesterday morning, but she didn't complain, when we checked there were no signs of swelling, she has no fever, nor any vomiting symptoms. Last night before going to bed, she started cryingholding her head just behind her right ear. Then she slept well through the night, but was sleeping on the right side, as it felt like trying to sleep with right side helps keep the pain low. Since morning, she is complaining that her head hurts and not her ears. We rushed her to hospital, but today being Sunday couldn't get hold of any Pedeatrician. The doctor wasn't able to point out much and externally everything seemed normal. He gave some pain killer. But since our daughter is not eating much, we are not giving her medicine either. She is just trying to sleep, resting her right side on her mother. Can't figure out what could be wrong? Would really appreciate some help, guidance here. Thanks
