Which types of best food is suitable for 11 month old baby. And type of fruit . And can baby biscuit take at this age? Please help.

My child 3 months old having continuous fever from last 3 days.temp 100 degree Have consulted peditrician also He saying stomach infection as per the stool and urine test of baby. He suggested for urine culture test. As baby is very small we are not able to follow the process of urine test. Plz suggest Could you suggest some antibiotics. And whether we can give ORS to our baby.
