Child Health Issues

Hi, My baby is 2 yrs 3 months and her doc has suggested her for Menactra vaccination. But its not mentioned in her chart, he mentioned it as other vaccine. Is it mandatory to get her menactra ??

Cold since saturday, fever since sunday afternoon ranging around 100 to 103. was in the range of 100 from monday to tuesday evening. beng given homeopathy treatment. Duagnosed as throat inflammation. Mild wheeze . irritation cough. fever shot up 10 103. (crocin last given at 4 pm tuesday evening). now at 1 am she vomitted temp rose to 103. she vomotted and felt dizzy also. After vomit gave dolo 650. now. cough has subsided. fever came down to 101.5. just wanted to check what to do.. DOctor says as viral.

He is pooping waterbase .. He is lil better now .. gave him ofm n entrogamina. . But now he is asking something or otherthing in between 15 min.. n can we give limca to him.. bcoz he got very cranky at times

I have 2 kids .one Is girl 7year now started and other is boy 3 year ..they get cough and cold very soon.and feaver also .they get sick very early.both of them immunity is very week ...what should I do.my kids not eat junk food or not chocolate , ice cream..then also they get sick..my kid is 3 year old he get feaver from lSt 3days.i am giving calpol 250mg 4 ml.and Advent antibiotics 4ml....and cough syrup Allegra ...then also I can't see that feaver is coming done... whenever I give medicine he OK but after some time ..he get feaver. Again .plz help me.plz
