My 2 and half months baby is not taking any formula milk. I m having lactation issue. Can I give her mother dairy's cow milk or any other pasteurized toned milk. If yes should it be diluted with water?

Cold for infants
My friend suggested to feed my baby ( 6th month running) with rice starch , curd , and a pinch of ghee mix.
So i am feeding him with that mix and i feed him banana also. But he has severe cold. Is there any problem with this starch and banana.
Please suggest what to feed initially.
