My 4 year old son doesn't form sentence of his own and say it. He can day counting 1 to 20, recognized and say letters A to Z. Recognized fruits and vegetables.

How is the understanding of your child? Does he follows all your instructions? The Speech Therapist would look at many things which are impacting the child's speech and sentences formation.
