My daughter is facing challenge in articulation of full sentences and speech issues ( uses gibberish to describe), not able to express and articulate her requests. She normally points fingers or hand gestures for what she needs. Her mental and physical development is at par with her age. Even when she knows the word she doesn't use it. Also has challenges in sitting in one place and poor concentration. Can you please advise on how to support her to articulate properly for her age?

your child likely has speech delay with attention issues. Start speech stimulation at home—talk in simple sentences, read books, encourage her to use words instead of gestures, give choices, and avoid screen time. Maintain a structured routine to improve attention.
There is no OTC medicine for speech improvement. Medicines (like for ADHD) are only if needed after pediatrician evaluation.
Kindly get hearing test , evaluation for tongue tie speech therapy assessment early, as early intervention gives best results.
Stop Screen (mobile,tv) completely.
Spend time with baby and encourage speech.
Take Speech Therapist sessions for best results.
Have opinion of Developmental Pediatrics (not regular Pediatrician but Pediatrician who done Development Pediatrics as additional course)
