Fever is continued last 10 days When I give the medicine then fever gone But after 5 to 6 hours they back

My baby is having constipation since two days. She is passing more urine but no stools since 25/6 3pm(last potty). Her stomach is hard, she trying from take it out from last two days. She cries badly some times. I am Feeding her every 3hours

My son is 48 days old he is having cough and cold. He can't breath properly. Nasoclear was used but no results. Do help

My daughter is just 2 months old and she is suffering from dry cough and gas problem..after every milk feed she coughs and cry every time and then goes off to sleep..i am giving gripe water to my daughter for gas problem and also started the calcium as well..m very worried as to when this problem will be rectifies

She has cold, fever and cough, we had given medicine ibugesic plus by checking fever for every 6hrs We had given Crocin Suspension 120 - 2times For cough Ascoryl LS Fever is getting normal and again after 5 to 6hrs again she is falling ill We are giving ibugesic plus then she is getting active For cold we are giving T-Minic Can we continue with medicines like Ibugesic plus for fever, T-Minic for cold and Ascoryl LS for cough
