Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. Any fever for more than 48 hours requires proper evaluation and management. So kindly visit pediatrician. Meanwhile please stop Azithral , DO NOT USE ANTIBIOTICS without doctors description. Do read my article "4 Signs You Should Be Aware Of, if Your Baby Has Fever" by Dr. Poonam.M.
