Child Health Issues

Loose motion for 2 year old boy since 22 days and black spot on tongue. Have shown to several doctors but not yet relieved...still 5 to 6 times dilute stool a day . the baby became very weak and feels irritated.

I gave my 8 year old son 2 tabs of allegra when I should have given him 1. He committed mainly liquid and has stomach cramps that come and go. What should I do?

My son is having chest congestion and cough. He has been given five days medication which started from Tuesday.....................,,,,,...........................

My daughter (aged 4.6years, weighing 19.3kg) was complaining about stomach ache since 3 days. And today she started getting loose motion and vomiting. But she has no fever. She had vomiting thrice after meals and loose motion twice. Please advice.

Appreciate. Baby was 3.02kg/49cms at Birth. Now she is 7.25kg/69cms. All vaccinations gvn as per schedule. Started solids after 5 months as prescribed by pediatrician. Baby is eating 4 times/day. Doesn't sleep, doesn't know to soothe herself. Wakes up multiple times at night & nurses continuously. Requires heavy rocking. Cries a lot when sleepy.

My Girl 3.5 years was having fever from wednesday evening till yesterday night due to cold. Her temperature was around 99.6 to 99.9, since i started the paracetamol it was the same till yesterday evening. She became normal after yday night and I stopped the paracetamol. Now she is having 99.5 again. Please advice. No DCH available at this time.
