Which tablet can be taken to post pone periods.im breast feeding 10 month baby. have my house warming

Hii doc Today morning my daughter was with a fever of 100 degrees and she was sleeping, we noticed she started moving after sometime, when i went to her i found her body totally tight n was moving like fits or electric shocks!!!! And yes.. froth coming out of her mouth!!! All this went for 3-5 min . We were with a doc in nxt 15-20 min n till thn my daughter was not able to speak anything!!! When the paediatrician came and see her... n pinches her hard she started crying n able to speak!!!! What all was that!!! Never saw or hear such with a kid till date!!! Being a father am worried a lot!! Can this happen again?? Was it a symptom of any disease ?? It was not happened to my daughter till today morning!! Help me out please!!

My son is 27days now.. When can I start using pampers for him? As now wen I used pamper fr some days he got rashes.. So I hv stopped it.. N using cotton napkin.

My son had temperature of 100 degrees since yesterday morning and is very cranky. Gave 2ml of babygesic paracetamol drops 4 times at a gap if 6 hrs. Each time towards the end the end of 6 hrs the temperature shoots up. He is in the teething phase right now. Has got low appetite. The stool has a very foul smell. He has passed motion 3 times in 24 hrs vomited thrice. Please advise if the cal ppl can be continued or should we go to a doctor.

Dear sir my child age is 2.3 years he is sufferieing from fever from last 4 days. Antibiotics and paracetamol given to him .but there is an up down of fever after each 4-5 hours.kindly guide am I doubt that it may typhoid .
