My son 16months old. After food he is going for motion seems to be little mucous. Can i use sporlac powder? If so what is the dosage?

No fever after Measles vaccine
Hi,
Today we vaccinated my kid with Measles in 9th month but she dint get fever. Last time when we vaccinated her with Measles she got fever. And one of the nurse told that vaccination will work only if she gets fever. Is that statemetn correct?
