I am a boy. I am 15 yrs old and my height is 5.2 inch and i want to increase my height till 5.8 inch. What should i do. And i am also phsically weak. Ples tell me some fruits and etc.to become fit.

My son is 34 months old but he is not able speak words properly. He can count from one to ten. He is not making sentences

Dr.prescribed me .5ml of z& d drops for my 5+ m baby girl but I gave her 2ml mistakenly.is there any risk if any pls give me the solution i am worried

Last 2 days my daughter got up in deep sleep at night and complained about back pain in the below mid portion of spice and at a particular space only. Other time she has not complained not sure if she got hurt during external activities in that portion. Yesterday because of school activities may be she looked exhausted and was bit feverish at night. Fever didn't come back also. Going for am ortho consultation today but in the mean time if somebody can suggest would be great. Thanks!
