Child Health Issues

My baby is 2 month old and is on breastfeeding .he did not pass motion for 3 days.he is active and passing urine normal

She never eat other food only eat rice in both time.not feading properly her mother so weak thats why baby suffer not fead properly and under weight and she got lose motion from last two days .

After my baby was born i moved to my mother's house. There his development was normal. Started sitting independently by the age of 5 months, started standing by 9 and walking by 11 months, first tooth erupted by 10 months. Then by his first birthday i moved by with my husband. He started copying some words i say. Mamma mee mee papa he used to say. But then he started using gestures to communicate rather than trying to talk. Even now he doesn't talk much. Say papa a lot. Sometimes say mamma when he is in mood to say. In my home there are only me my husband n my baby. Relatives come and go time to time. I take him to stroll in evening but not now a days as weather is not allowing. He seems otherwise very normal. Communicate his needs very well via gestures. Is pee trained, not wetting bed since long. Babbles, say things sometimes when asked to say, even said my name after we went from a vacation. Everything is normal just that he doesn't talk. What can i do to make him talk. please help

From last 4 days my son is having cough and I have consulted to homeopathic but the recovery is nit there and he is heavily breathing and I can hear cough in his chest.

My 10 months baby boy is suffering from fever(101-102) with swearing from last 2 days. The doctor advised me to give him Paraken syp and Rantac syp (2.5 ml both) two times in a day for 3 days. Is that okay..??
