In my son's school, yesterday they have given medication for worms Albendazole 400mg. His age is 9 years. Today we have observed rashes all over his body. Kindly suggest any tablet. We have okacet-L 5 mg and Atarax 10mg at home. Is it okay to use any of them

36 days back having poop problem does poop for 10-12 times in day. With a mild fever prob gone but now having fever only in head region. Sometimes upoer body. Azithromycin 100 mg 5 ml once a day Linezolid 5 ml thrice a day Mefmenic acid + paracetamol 5 ml sos Test Tc 11400 Hs CRP 5.1 Reducing sugar positive Fever reoccure and now teething started

From last 6 days to child of 7 years. Giving metal after Avery 6 hours regularly. But no relief. Temperature goes above104. Whole body gets so much heated. And lots of sweating
