Child Health Issues

My 4 years 3 months old child has not passed stool for 6 days now....he wants to poop but somehow is holding it and does not want to release....he is complaining of stomach pain and wants to poop but does not come out...he is also not trying to pressure to poop...

12 year old female, had minor typhoid, dosage given of saline and monocef 500 on Sunday (03.09.2017) sudden breathing problem started, got Chest X-Ray, Ultrasound and Blood Test done. Blood test shows minor infection, Ultrasound says Liver size is 144mm (rest is ok), X-Ray is normal. Still has breathing issues with stomach pain.

And after week we have stoop test as doc consult then report come with Reducing sugar :Present ++,Reaction Ph Acidic, Occult Blood:Present+ Doc suggest as stop mother milk and start Zerolac power instead mother milk So sir my question is this what is dosage of zerolac power

My 2 year daughter is getting fever frequently from last 4 days. Blood report reveals that hemoglobin and leucocyte count are slightly below the standard levels. Once Paracetamol Syrup given it's effect lasts for up to 6-7 hours after that her fever starts again and it goes up to 103F. I would appreciate if could let me know about this fever and how long will it last? Is Paracetamol syrup is sufficient to deal with it? Thanks

Hello My baby is 15 months old, he took bath in rain last saturday, after that he had fever(100.5) and loose motions but after giving 1 dose of ibugesic plus, fever is down, but loose motions are still der. We are giving him curd mix in khichdi, and some fruits, but there is no relief in his motions ... even his stool is dark green for last 2 days. Please tell how to cure and take preventions
