Sudden fever at 2 pm.gave p250 5ml.but temperature not going down.he is having cold and cough

My daughter is suffering from fever and even meftal p is not working. Even after dosage of meftal p fever is 101. Kindly suggest

And after week we have stoop test as doc consult then report come with Reducing sugar :Present ++,Reaction Ph Acidic, Occult Blood:Present+ Doc suggest as stop mother milk and start Zerolac power instead mother milk So sir my question is this what is dosage of zerolac power
