From today morning fever 99 no running nose no cold symptomps.p250 5 ml given but in night temp got high 102.he vomitted the given dose after 1 hour.shall i give again 5 ml.why fever i dont know

We gave Bendex 200mg dose for my 2.5years old daughter last night, after midnight she is experiencing high fever and nausea, is this a normal reaction of the medicine. We tried to give P250 to suppress the fever but she is vomiting it in some time. Right now she is having fever and vomiting.
