Dysentery problem in child ofage 2 month

Baby of age approx 2. Onth has the dysentery problem from last 2days. He has done potty atleat 10 times in a day. We have given a medicine colicaid ez but there is no benefit. Kindly suggest

Is there any blood in stool?if yes then only it is dysentery otherwise it could be simple diarrhoea.Give probiotics like enterogermina 1 mini bottel daily, continue breast feeding,don't give any other liquid,if he is not passing enough urine at least 6to 7 times per day please consult a pediatrician.
