My daughter 10 yr 6 moth old having white discharge vaginitis abdominal pain and always complain ing of gastric problem

My baby is1 year old suffering with heigh fever of104 I'm giving her crocin 15ml gudsef 15 ml

On intial analysis pediatrician told fever could be from water infection. If temperature not coming down in,  asked to use Avent Forte from 3rd day if not temperature coming down. He suggested some blood test, even if temperatures not coming down after antibiotics usage. I want to check what are the symptoms of dengue for 6yr girl.

My baby was born on 3rd sep 2017 ,,of 2.4 kgs,,,is it safe to have painful injection on my baby as he is weak,,,,

Respected sir My boy was suffering from high cough & up down fever from last week . I given him syp. Meftagesic DS , Solvin cold LS syp. And clavan syp with montair LC syp . But he still having cough n fever . And sir he is well in day but when he sleep after that he getting problem for breath and he can't sleep well. Please help me for that problem
