My Baby suffering from cold, he is not able to breathe properly at night. He is one year old. can I use sinarest syrup for baby? If not please suggest better medician?

TSH : 1.77 mIU/L Question : Under the above situations , should I go for his MRI Pituitary ? No symptoms of loss of eye vision , disbalancing , vomiting etc . Lack of growth from his birth . Current weight : 18 kg , Height : approx 2.5 ft .
