My son is 3 years old and his stomach is upset after every half an hour he is going for motions his motion is very loose and watery.

My son is 6.5 yrs old. Has been diagnosed with acidity since long. He is keep well nowadays. But of late, he is complaning of stomach pain (arnd navel region).
