Child Health Issues

My 10 month old son is having fever for past 12 hours. I gave him calpol 2.5 ml as first dose and after 6 hrs 5 ml. But fever is not coming down. he got 102 now and no out of hours GP is avaiable. Can i give him imol. or please advice otherwise

My 10 yrs old son is inffected with a chicken pox for a week, and I just given birth to a baby girl.. and now she is 1 month ++. My concern is should I vaccinated her by giving her Varicella injection as early ages?

My son is suffering with constipation, he is holding his motion for 3 to 4 days .

New Born Baby Girl born 22-Sep-2017 does not pass stool Since last one week.Our new born baby girl who is been breast feeding from birth has been passing urine regularly after breast feed but no stools after two weeks of her birth.She weighs around 2.08 Kg after one week after birth. I would just want to have a second opinion of babies not passing stool after being on breast feeding for 2 weeks.We have not observed any kind of uneasiness from our baby.Any kind of natural therapy advise for her.

My Son started developing fever from Sat Morning with 102. Our doc suggested to give meftal syrup if crosses 102 else to give normal paracetamol anything between 99-102 Monday we met our doctor and as fever is not going down with antibiotic, she suspected its viral and asked to stop antibiotic and asked us to Wai till Wed ,if still fever perists sked for blood tests.Today morning we gave paracetamol and as-usual till 6 hours , he is fine and by 12 now again temp raised to 102. Plz suggest
