My arms and face turn red when im at school or around people it feels really bad and annoying as hell people are used to me turning red. But maybe theres a reason behind all this.

Hi doctors Please suggest should my 20 month old baby have milk the first thing or directly breakfast when she gets up I give her bath and feed her breakfast directly but wondering she may be hungry until then Should I give her milk as she wakes up and then bath and breakfast I have read saying empty stomach milk is not good Please suggest
