Fever and cough from last 4days

Question

Asked for Female, 31 Years

2year old baby having whooping cough and high fever from 4 days. Fever comes down once paracetamol is given but keeps recurring every 5hrs. Medicines given- Babygesic 1.5ml every 5hours and cough syrup 3x a day. Any solution??
