Child Health Issues

This is with regard to the 18 month vaccination. Our doctor suggested to split the vaccination in 2 sessions since it would be too much for the kid to take up in one session. However, one session he has scheduled before 18 months and the other after 18. The first session is for hep A2 and the second one for DTwP, ipv, hib b1. I want to know if it is ok to change the schedule as set in the chart as we are vaccinating before time.
