New born Bathing concern
In winter , should new born baby need to take a daily bath . Is it recommend if baby has cold. plz Suggest.

If the baby birth weight more than 2.5 kg , you can give bath with Luke warm water for not more than 5 min daily. In cold weather better to give sponging with warm water.
If baby less than 2.5 kg.. give sponging below from neck after umbilicus fall down.
The water should be less than 5 cm depth in bathing tub.
Health Tips
wash body first then head last,, while drying , clean head first then body later.
