Hello sir I have a baby of two months my baby have loose motion so please give some idea for homely treatment for care of my baby

My son is a 6 1/2 year old. He had fever for last 3 days but now he's doing OK. But he couldn't even walk because of weakness after the fever. We already consulted a doctor only for fever. What to do for the weakness.

My 2yrs old is suffering from cough for more than a month.She was prescribed relent,FedEx,Alex junior.but nothing worked on her.So now Dr. Diagnosed her cough to be an allergic one and is advised to use space inhaler-asthalin and budecot.its been a day I started with it but still the frequency of cough is same.Will it take time to respond? For now I have used it 4 times a day 2 puffs each .Please advise
