Child Health Issues

My baby boy born 5 days ago. Since last night he is discharging urine with some orange sediments. Should he be taken to pediatrician immediately?? Or is that normal?

One wk back my 5 yr old daughter vomited once in school & was complaining of vomiting sensation. we consulted a pediatrician who suggested she is having urinary tract infection. Her urine test was showing presence of epithileal cells 8-10 cells/hpf and pus cells 15-20 cells/hpf. He advised tab e-cef 200mg and ondansetron 2 mg. Even after taking medicines for 4 days, she is continuously having vomiting sensation more so after eating/drinking something & vomited also 3-4 times in 4 days.

My daughter is one year old. She sits keep her hip on the ground and her legs beside her hip. Is this causes legs gets twisted? The photo is attached. Please advice me
