Child Health Issues

My 3 years child swallowed a coin . its been 11 days but its not come out through stool.thank god there is no symptoms on child. He is doing his regular normal work without any problem. Kindly suggest me what to do?

My twins son having severe constipation. After completing their first year they had this problem.they are two years now also they are having this problem. We have consulted pediatric surgeon and he said that it is habitual constipation. Usually we give some papaya, greens. I have given dupalac,softools,cremaffin,milk of magenisa. At last we tried homoeopathy also. But it wont works. They are crying to go for stools. If i give medicine they will go otherwise they wont.plzzz help me to recover.

My son is affected from inguinal hernia,I diagnosed it a month before dr suggest me to have a surgery for him but due to some personal issue I postponed it to 3months later from now, is it ok to postponed or if we dint do surgery immediately do he ll suffer from pain am so worried about it pls ans me as soon as possible
