My son is having fever( 100.4 F) no other issues. He is 18 months old 11kg weight. We are giving 1 ml calpol as prescribed by our pediatrician. But his temperature is not decreasing below 99F. What I should do to lower the temperature. Is it required to change the medicine

Does consumption of bifilac capsule by a breastfeeding mom cause diaper rash in baby ? I had diarrhea 3 weeks post delivery and was prescribed bifilac capsule. Couple of days later my baby developed diaper rash. Could it be because of that ?
