High fever past 7 days it's near 104degree every 6 hrs.all blood test completed no dengue, no typhoid, doctor says its bacterial infections

My 1year old son is refuse to eat anything.He only takes breastfeed,cow milk 600ml and little water. Actually he wants to feed finger foods which are fried only like paratha roti alu fry like this.but our family members completely denied to give these to him because he fell that this type of food habit will be damage his lever.tell me what can I do
