Coughing problem at night

My son coughs at Night. I have visited doctors and have used Montair 4mg paediatric. Also Budecort100/Levolin spray puff as suggested but the problem is not going away. What else can I do? I am very much sad and disturb and helplessly see my kid coughing while he is asleep. Please advise.
