My baby is 4years old. He is speaking but not properly. He can listen but not replying specifically.

Hello Doctor, Please I have a boy of 2yrs and 3months and he has not started calling daddy or mummy etc. And also if we call his name or call him, he will not answer. But when he is in the bed room and we on the Tv cartoons like Berney etc in the leaving room he will knows and start jumping. Please what can we do because we are very worried and a doctor asked us to get him this drugs SYR ENCEPHABOLE which we have started giving him.

My daughter is short and not gaining weight. She is 3.8 years.No other health problems except she gets cold and cough. I am 5.3' and my husband is 5.9' tall. She is the shortest and thinnest in her class. Please suggest, I am really worried about her height.
