Child Health Issues

Dear dr, Facing a new problem pl help.. Am a mother of 13 month old baby.. She just started teething two days back while feeding she bites I just shouted in pain by seeing tat my baby started crying later some how she slept without taking feed... From the next day till today if I feed her she started crying loud n going down.. Generally I used to feed her 3 times a day now she s not at all taking breast milk.. After she goes deep sleep am feeding without her knowledge.. How to handle this?

My 15month old son has a runny nose and cough.dont know whether dry cough or not. There is No fever. What medicine can I offer to him

My child is 2.9 year old, he has worms problem, i gave him ABD 1month ago by cunsulting with a doctor, and Bandy plus given on yesterday by cunsulting a doctor but still my child have worms. Small worms coming out in the night time and my child not able to sleep well because of this. Dr. suggest for Mebex but unfortunately its not available in the market right now. Please give me some solution for my child, I am worry about it. Thanks
