Swelling in rigt inguinal region goes in and out on its own , no fever, any surgical management requird?

My 5 week old Baby Has a bit of umbilical cord left, I believe it’s granuloma, the skin is a bit red around and there is discharge. Go advices on the phone to put a cream on Fusidic Asid cream. I don’t know where and how to put it and will it make granuloma go away? What to do for my baby to have normal belly button?

My baby fell of the couch and his upper lip tie/ frenulum tore off.. He cried initially with A lot of bleeding but after calming he is okay and has taken his breakfast as well. Please advise what needs to be done.

My daughter born on 13 Dec and by 19 Dec her bilirubin has come to 8.9 and 8.1 direct and indirect .. I m ONegatjve and she is B,+. She is on breastfeed and we give her sunlight daily for about an hour.. M really worried what to do. Shud we ask paediatrician to give her phototherapy. She sleeps mostly and poops at least three to four times a day.. Plz suggest

My child is 1 month old. His belly button is always popped out and comes out more when he cries or streches himself. There is also a kind of very thin film kind of skin on the navel opening.
