My baby age 1 month 10 days feeling difficulty in passing motion please provide some medicine

My 1 month old child is suffering from cough in the throat and getting uncomfortable. 1. Baby is kept on naan1 feed as mother breast feed is having some issue. 2. Stool is coming properly and is green in clour. 3. He is felling uncomfortable because of cough in ths throat and sometimes vomitts also. 4. Nose is free and he is able to breathe properly. Please suggest some solution to loosen his cough so that it can pass through stool.

My 11 month old child had fever yesterday and he was crying, dolopar fixed his fever. From yesterday night he is crying and drooling and no fever. Is it teething problem or it can be something else ?
