I have four year son he is suffering from fever he drink 5ml meftal after 2 hours high fever what can i do

Hello Doctor, My son is 2.8yr old. He is continuously having cough since a year. It comes and goes. It is very severe. Have shown him to many doctors but no use. He keeps coughing. It subsides when i use antibiotics but that is only for a week. Again it comes back. No one was able to diagnose properly. Pls suggest us some good treatment Thanks in advance

My son, since baby there is already a small lump on the forehead. consultation with a pediatrician, the doctor says it's okay. But the age of 2 years, grew 2 smaller lumps again in place of a long bump. we went to the pediatric consultation again, the word is okay too.
