Child Health Issues

I had twins 10 days back, they born with a good weight of 2.6 and 2.5 respectively but now every hour they require feedind of moms milk but I'm not very sure whether the milk is sufficient for them because the often cry as soon as I stop them from drinking . but each of them drink milk almostban hour .. Any suggestions.

Is it correct breastfeeding along with milk powder. Plz suggest me the boy is one and half month old

This is regarding my daughter. My daughter is 7 years old and she suffered from Hypothyroidism since birth. Diagnosed at the age of 9 months and since then she's on Thyronorm, now taking 50UG. Delayed milestones is the major problem with her. She started walking at the age of 3. Now she can do every thing like walking, running jumping etc. But still she can not climb up or climb down stair case. She's gets scared when we motivate her to climb up on her own, However when anybody hold her hand
