Sir my nephew Master yash age 10 yrs is contneously coughing ( dry ) from last 5-6 days. Pls advice any cough syrup or treatment

My son feeded by NAN milk powder. Is it cause for vitamin D deficiency? Further he will get any problems on using this powder. Now my baby boy has 18month. Now he is taking normal cow milk. Which milk is safe for children please tell me.his weight also 17kgs.
