My daughter is 50 days old and she is suffering from cold and having cough . can i use vicks on her nose . is vicks save for small babies

My baby is 2 years old and he is constipated. We are using milk of magnesia and neopeptine. Is it fine to use or should we take any precautions.

1 month baby boy crying too much specially while passing bowl and pee, and from yesterday night fever not going when we try to give colpoal syrup for fever baby vomited and cry too much then hold breaths.
