My son is 17 yrs old and his recent cbc reports had 147000 leucocyte count. He has coughing problem from last few days

My 5 year son is having fever. I have given him 5ml of ibugesic plus, but the fever is coming again after the impact of medicine reduces. He is shivering while getting fever. Also his palm and foot are very cold while getting the fever. Please suggest

A stray dog apparently looked healthy has licked on my sons leg. Washed and went doctor. He had no open wounds. But for avoiding future risks doctor vaccinated him. Another three doses left. Does it OK without any bite or wound licking to get vaccinated? Doctor said it is good and he may get protection for next two years. Somebody say it is not good to have vaccine without a bit.
