Don’t use Nan,, Breast Milk far better than Nan, if can feed all the time you can feed one time extra also, to keep your baby brain growth better and immunity strong

Hi... have u tried consulting someone regarding ur lactation deficiency??? 45 days is just around 2 months. U have another 4 months of exclusive breast feeding to the baby. Or is it because your baby has actively stopped sucking milk!!

Breast milk is very important for ur baby and beneficial to mother also. Try to consult ur lectational consultant If breast milk still inadequate  then U can use nan pro stage 1 Occasional top feed is ok Ckeck ur babys weight regularly  And watch for urine output Baby should pass min.  urine 6-8 time per day
