My daughter is having cough and fever for last 7 days. Dengue, typhoid test are negative. X-ray chest shows some pneumonia symptoms. Complete blood count shows infection in WBC. How to determine if it pneumonia. I see improvement in her in terms of fever in last 2 days. She was having high fever of 104 F in 4-5 hrs. Now it down to 101 F in 8-9 hrs. Is she needs to be admitted to hospital for further diagnosis?
