Hello, how much time colimex drops take to work?, my 3.5 months old baby girl recently has started crying a lot. She stats lifting her head which I think is a symptom of stomach pain . Shall we use colimex every time we feed her or once in a day?

My daughter is near 4.5 years old. She is having regular cough from past year and even more time. Doc says its GERD. Gave her nebulizer twice (duolin+beudecort)..ascoril 3 times for 5 days..and montair lc kid once daily. But even after that her cough at night doesnt go away. Earlier she use to do at night only but now whole day she coughs up. Chest xray is clear.has vit d3 deficiency.
